Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support business units in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. This role acts as a consultant and change agent, helping to shape the people agenda within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Partnerships
  • Act as a point of contact for business leaders on all HR-related matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, driving operational excellence and employee engagement.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs, confirmation processes, promotion protocols, and exit procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and business units.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.
  • Monitor employee engagement and lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management & Capability Building
  • Support the annual performance appraisal cycle, goal setting, and continuous feedback, ensuring alignment with business objectives and individual development needs.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs in collaboration with Learning and Development, enhancing skills and knowledge across the organization.
  • Work with managers to improve team and individual performance, providing coaching and guidance to drive results.
  • Monitor the administration of performance improvement plans and track progress made, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
  • Data Analysis & Compliance
  • Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity to identify trends and suggest interventions, informing strategic decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Maintain and update HR records and systems (HRMS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of all data dealt with in the course of work, adhering to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Liaise with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions, streamlining processes and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support company-wide HR projects and initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership throughout the organization.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership, preferably in a similar industry or organization. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to think strategically and navigate complex business environments.
