As a CORPORATE ASSOCIATE, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients in your assigned area. Your primary goal will be to pitch Zolo's accommodation services and convince companies to establish long-term tie-ups with us for their employee accommodation needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify potential corporate clients, build and maintain a database of companies with potential housing requirements, and research local market trends.
  • Corporate Tie-Ups: Pitch Zolo's accommodation services, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with corporate clients.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, address their queries, and provide regular updates and reports.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in a B2B setup.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the local language.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
