Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is ₹5-6 LPA in Mumbai (₹40,000 per month take-home) and ₹5 LPA in Pune (₹25,000-35,000 per month take-home). The salary package includes a variable component.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Pre-Sales Activities: Lead generation, cold calling, mapping of corporates, email campaigns, meetings with clients for sales presentations, and demos.
  2. Sales Closure: Achieve sales targets based on assigned quotas.
  3. Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients for recommendations and cross-selling/up-selling.
  4. Interface Management: Serve as the interface between clients and internal teams during execution and post-sales support.

Requirements and Specifications

  • Experience: Must have experience in hardware and software sales, preferably with corporates.
  • Skills: Accepts challenges with a positive attitude, achieves targets, and possesses confident communication skills.
  • Qualifications: Preferably graduate or postgraduate in science or sales fields.
  • Additional Skills: Good knowledge of DMS (data management system) and scanners, and experience in IT product sales (e.g., printers, scanners, computers, biometric devices, laptops).
