Job Summary

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for driving business growth and expansion through effective corporate sales and business development strategies for Health & Wellness products in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include business development, account management, sales operations, revenue generation, forecasting, sales pipeline management, lead generation, competition benchmarking, and market penetration.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at corporate and insurance companies.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop sales strategies to maintain market edge.
  • Develop and coordinate sales selling cycles and methodologies, analyzing and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Responsible for increasing awareness and utilization amongst existing clientele about service offerings through onsite campaigns, e-based marketing campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new corporate and insurance tie-ups for sales of healthcare products and wellness services, implementing various sales models.
  • Manage relationships and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with corporate and life & health insurance companies.

Position Requirements

  • Experience in selling services/products in the healthcare domain is preferred, with a willingness to travel.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate well to all kinds of people inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to establish relationships, especially at CXO level in a given corporate, with a preference for making sales using a top-down approach.
  • Strong presentation skills in various formal presentation settings, including one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports, and superiors.
  • Good experience in establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Ability to develop sales plans and manage resources, analyzing and interpreting sales and revenue data.
