  • Represent client interests internally, working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions, aligning solutions with client objectives and using data-driven insights to provide recommendations.

Successful candidates will have:

  • 10+ years in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
