We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Leader to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships across the zone. You will lead a team of alliance managers and business development executives, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Foster strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, MFIs, brokers, and corporate agents to drive business growth.
- Identify and onboard new partners through consultative B2B engagement, presenting the company's capabilities in Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance.
- Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with national strategy, driving innovation in partnership models to enhance market penetration.
- Monitor and optimize performance of existing alliances, resolving escalations and ensuring smooth operations across partner touchpoints.
- Strategic leadership skills with experience in business development and partnership management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
