We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead the growth and efficiency of our educational centers within a designated zone.
- Develop strategic plans to drive performance, efficiency, and reach across all centers.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless execution and productivity.
- Maintain adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive consistency through standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Initiate sales initiatives to meet revenue goals.
- Design and execute zonal marketing campaigns to boost enrollments.
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.
- Lead, train, and manage center heads and their teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching for individual and team effectiveness.
