Job Title: Sales Director for Automotive Channels

Our organization is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our automotive channels business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our automotive channels
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with the product development team to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive or financial services industries
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
