Our organization is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our automotive channels business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our automotive channels
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive or financial services industries
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
