Strategic Partnerships Manager

This role is responsible for driving high-impact partnerships and sales performance across the Asia Pacific Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Partner Sales Quotas: Oversee and meet partner sales targets across all countries in the Zone, ensuring alignment with Siemens' portfolio sold through partners.
  • Develop Partner Capabilities: Mentor and coach Partner Sales Managers to enhance their capabilities through strategic mentoring, sales enablement, and accountability frameworks.
  • Govern Partner Activities: Ensure country-level partner activities in Asia Pacific align with the Global Partner Program, adhering to certification standards, partner tiering, incentive models, performance expectations, audit, and compliance.
  • Lead Advisory Engagement: Spearhead Zone Partner Advisory Councils in collaboration with HQ, providing a platform for strategic partners to contribute to Siemens' ecosystem evolution and co-innovation plans at the Asia Pacific Zone level.
Requirements:
  • 20 years of experience in Senior Partner Sales leadership, Channel Leadership, or Ecosystem Management, preferably in complex, matrixed industrial or digital technology environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading partner sales teams and exceeding revenue targets across multiple partner types, countries, regions.
  • Experience in implementing or governing global partner programs, focusing on consistency, enablement, and results.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across countries, regions, BUs, and global functions.
  • Fluent in English; other languages may be beneficial.
