Business Development Manager Role

Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of our retail trade and forex business through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers. This includes CA Firms, CS Firms, Law Firms, FinTechs, Consultants, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships to drive income delivery and expand market reach.
  • Select, document, negotiate, and initiate business relationships with partners.
  • Maintain a healthy business environment from partner interactions and ensure timely settlements.
  • Utilize strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Effectively manage channel operations and stay up-to-date on Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all partners and prospects.
  • Ensure seamless interface with control functions including Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc.
  • Promote business growth through daily engagement with internal channel members.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create and maintain regular dashboards for engagement and review purposes.
  • Act as a liaison between Partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.

Leadership and Performance Monitoring:

  • Organize training sessions for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in Retail segment.
  • Foster collaboration between Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Regularly review performance to identify business leakages and implement corrective measures.
