Job Title: Enterprise Growth Strategist

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Manager to spearhead the promotion of our Oil Additives in the Indian subcontinent. As a key liaison between the seller and customer, you will be responsible for effective communication and relationship-building with customers at all levels.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving challenging targets for Oil Additives business in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. They will also possess excellent relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and the ability to work closely with departments to support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for Oil Additives business in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh.
  • Build strong relationships with customers at different levels and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify market needs and recommend solutions for our products.
  • Manage OEM activities and work with target OEMs to promote Evonik Oil Additive technologies.
  • Determine the most effective sales channels for customers and manage agents and distributors.
  • Collaborate with departments to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze changes in business dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of lubricants is desirable.

Added Advantage:

  • MBA in Sales or Operations would be advantageous.
  • Experience handling Public sector customers would be beneficial.

  • Technical sales acumen.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
