Business Growth ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Growth Manager to join our organization. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate revenue projections.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to identify cross-selling opportunities and increase customer loyalty.
- Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
