Job Overview:
The role of a Business Growth Manager involves driving sales targets for home loans and cross-selling while building client relationships. This position requires strong relationship-building and cross-selling skills, as well as knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for home loans.
- BUILD and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs and builders to grow business.
- Optimize productivity by managing a team of business growth managers and providing guidance on best practices.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree, Master's/Postgraduate optional.
- Proven experience in sales process management and team leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
