About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to play a pivotal role in crafting data infrastructure that drives real business growth.

This position is ideal for someone who is relentless in pursuit of knowledge, detail-obsessed, and self-directed, with a passion for extracting every possible byte of data from marketing platforms.

You will be responsible for building high-quality, granular datasets in Snowflake that fuel advanced analytics and machine learning across the business.

The Mission

Your primary focus will be to extract every drop of value from the world's most powerful marketing platforms.

You will design and maintain scalable, semantic-layered Snowflake architectures suited for exploration, BI, real-time streaming, and ML modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Data Extraction & Monitoring: Reverse-engineer APIs, exploit beta features, capture ephemeral data, build real-time monitoring datasets, and scrape competitor websites.
  • Business Scaling & Optimization Datasets: Build spend and performance datasets, develop lookalike audience models, create auction intelligence datasets, design optimization datasets, and extract machine learning signals.
  • Advanced Feature & AI Data Engineering: Extract structured data from advanced features, build multimodal datasets, enrich historical marketing data using automated pipelines, and engineer identity resolution pipelines.
  • Unified Customer & Attribution Data: Build comprehensive GA4 datasets, unify data from various sources, map cross-device customer journeys, and timestamp precision.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 3+ years as a Data Engineer with deep experience in MarTech or growth/performance marketing.
  • Advanced Python for API extraction, automation, and orchestration.
  • JavaScript proficiency for tracking and GTM customization.
  • Expert-level experience with GA4 implementation and data handling.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning and scaling.
Bonus Points if You Have:
  • Experience with dbt for transformation and modeling.
  • CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar.
  • Knowledge of vector databases for AI/ML readiness.
  • Familiarity with GPU computing for high-performance data workflows.
