About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Leader to drive business growth in Malaysia and Singapore.

  • Develop and execute a regional strategy, aligning with our overall vision.
  • Lead key marketing activities for identified brands, ensuring effective execution and results-driven strategies.
  • Establish and manage distribution alliances between our company and respective country partners, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Drive excellence in trade marketing, sales & distribution, category initiatives, and sales forecasting, meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Execute new launches, brand building, and activation of identified brands for Malaysia and Singapore, leveraging cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Benchmark competition pricing and branding, maintaining a repository of relevant data and insights.
  • Lead, engage, and motivate a diverse international team of members, promoting collaboration and productivity.
  • Ensure timely settlement of distributor/trade/customer claims and maintain effective communication with associates in Malaysia and Singapore.
