Job Title: Senior Manager

The primary objective of this role is to analyze and develop strategies for revenue maximization across various business streams.

Maintain and enforce Revenue Management standards; conduct regular review and measurement of business performance against established goals.

Monitor market trends within a 2-3 year forecast to ensure measurable improvements in demand and availability.

Collaborate with regional teams to design and implement specific growth strategies.

Conduct analysis of city-wide events and implement Revenue Management strategies to maximize demand generators.

Regularly monitor competitors for shifts in demand, rates, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze short-term and long-term forecasting data.
  • Examine trends in group inventory and rates, including occupancy, product line, and strategic sales goals.
  • Review future bookings and evaluate trends.
  • Update all distribution channels as needed with rate or inventory restrictions.
  • Develop region-specific strategies to drive growth.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze the competition through various channels, internet, and news reports to identify selling strategies and emerging trends.
  • Explore and propose variations in the market mix that would stimulate additional revenue without increasing costs.
  • Maintain software programs contributing to Revenue Management.
  • Implement Revenue Management basics and standards.
  • Develop succession planning for Revenue Management talent.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing, and other revenue management functions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in statistical and competitive analysis.
