Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive partnership management for existing networks (banks, fintech, etc.) ensuring seamless business operations across partners.
  • Meet volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for assigned partners.
  • Identify business expansion opportunities across product categories.
  • Develop sales pipelines through business partners leveraging available resources in coordination with product teams, operations, industry networking, market intelligence, etc.
  • Manage business growth in collaboration with internal constituents and external stakeholders to create and execute a go-to-market approach, marketing plans, collaterals, media, campaigns and promotions.
  • Implement product enhancements across existing partner base to ensure business growth of the channel.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams like Business, Product, Tech, Marketing, Compliance to ensure delivery on customizations by sizing up opportunities.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new opportunities.
  • Conduct partner training programs, panel discussions, reward and recognition events for partner engagement.
  • Develop and manage NBBL brand positioning strategies.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, partners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Enterprise sales or Channel Management experience.
  • Experience in FX retail preferred.
  • CXO/Leadership engagement capabilities.
  • Financial products and technology knowledge.
  • Strong relationship building skills towards growth objectives.
  • Problem solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools.
  • Data driven and service oriented individual.
  • Proactive, self-driven and persistent candidate.
  • Graduates with MBA/PG qualification.
