Key Strengths & Conditioning Position Available

This highly sought-after role involves collaborating with our team of experienced trainers to develop and deliver high-intensity group training sessions, functional strength development programs, and mobility sessions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively under the guidance of a senior coach.

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading and assisting in Strength & Conditioning sessions (4 one-hour time slots daily as per schedule)
  • Developing and delivering Mobility & Recovery sessions (corrective exercise focus, not yoga)
  • Conducting 1-hour daily consultations with members for assessments, progress tracking, and injury-prevention strategies
  • Supporting the Head S&C Coach in implementing training blocks (stability → strength → power)
  • Ensuring proper form, technique, and safe training practices in every session
  • Collaborating with members to build consistency, confidence, and functional performance
  • Maintaining training logs and providing structured feedback on member progress
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must hold a recognised Strength & Conditioning certification such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE (S&C specialisation), or CrossFit Level 1+
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training
  • Ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach (not just heavy lifting)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes (HYROX, endurance circuits, functional competitions, etc.)
  • Team-player mindset — open to learning, collaborating, and working under a senior coach
