Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and implementation of a performance-driven culture across our organization.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic performance management, aligning business and people performance through Balanced Scorecard methodology, and providing data-driven insights to leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and manage an end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) for the organization.
  2. Collaborate with functional heads to set and align Key Results Areas (KRAs)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on the Balanced Scorecard framework.
  3. Develop SMART KPIs across four dimensions: Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth.
Balanced Scorecard Framework

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in developing scorecards at various levels - organization, department, and individual - and defining SMART KPIs within each dimension.

  • Financial Dimension: Revenue per employee, cost reduction initiatives, and financial metrics.
  • Customer Dimension: Client satisfaction scores, project delivery metrics, and customer engagement indicators.
  • Internal Processes Dimension: Operational efficiency, compliance adherence, and process improvement metrics.
  • Learning & Growth Dimension: Training hours, innovation participation, succession readiness, and talent development metrics.

Performance Review and Development

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, annual, and mid-year performance review cycles.
  • Drive calibration and moderation processes across departments.
  • Ensure objectivity, consistency, and linkage of performance to rewards.

Goal Setting & KPI Cascading

  • Work with functional heads to set and align KRAs/KPIs based on the BSC framework.
  • Ensure cascading of goals from corporate to individual levels through a structured process.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Provide regular MIS reports on performance metrics.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Employee Development & Talent Decisions

  • Partner with L&D teams to link performance outcomes to training and development.
  • Enable succession planning, HiPo identification, and role readiness mapping using BSC insights.

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Leverage HRMS tools to digitize and track performance.
  • Continuously improve PMS and BSC processes using industry benchmarks and internal feedback.
