Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Total Experience: 6-10 years

Qualifications: CA/CPA

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee global financial operations, reporting, and compliance for multiple entities within the organization.
  • Ensure accurate financial consolidation, regulatory adherence, and strategic financial guidance to support business growth and governance.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

  • Develop and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all group entities in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
  • Guarantee timely and accurate consolidation of financials across subsidiaries.
  • Maintain compliance with local, regional, and international accounting regulations and requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage external audits and statutory filings.

Controllership & Internal Controls:

  • Implement and enforce robust internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor and improve financial processes, systems, and controls across entities.
  • Lead SOX compliance implementation and other regulatory control initiatives.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Oversee entity-level budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances; provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Support strategic planning and financial modeling for new initiatives and expansions.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts across entities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Operations.
  • Serve as a financial advisor to entity heads and business unit leaders.

Systems & Process Optimization:

  • Drive automation and system enhancements for financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Ensure consistency in accounting policies and procedures across the group.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in managing entities across different geographies and currencies.
  • Familiarity with transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and tax structuring.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
