Finance Manager Job Description

This role involves managing the financial operations of an organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, creating budgets and forecasts, conducting financial analysis, and producing regular reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial data and prepare accurate reports.
  • Create and implement budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Make informed decisions based on financial data.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CPA or CA are also desirable.

You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely. Experience in financial reporting and auditing is essential.

We prefer candidates who have worked in similar roles within the UAE, India, or US markets.

A strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and Loyalty accounting principles is required. You should also be familiar with taxation laws in these countries.

In addition to your technical skills, you should demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
