
Regional Revenue Owner

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Business Leader to own the revenue of a region and manage critical growth and performance metrics for both business and people.
- As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
- Develop strong understanding of business requisites and customer experience to maximize business results.
- Lead, motivate and manage teams including Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, etc.
- Develop ecosystem for successful business experience for internal teams and customers.
- Own quality of business closure for products and essential services.
- Drive and meet KPIs such as timely sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, C-sat and E-sat.
To achieve this, you will need to possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. You should have a structured thought process, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Key Requirements:- B.Arch or equivalent degree, or comparable degree in Arch/Design with an added advantage of an MBA.
- At least 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting in past roles.
- Personal drive to continuously improve business and business experience.
- Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends etc.
