
Malayalam-Speaking Tele Sales Specialist

The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position. Your primary responsibility will be to sell wholesale products over the phone to store owners across all regions of the UAE. You'll be building strong relationships and convincing them to place regular stock orders. This role also involves using WhatsApp for communication and coordination.
We're looking for someone with:
- Telesales Expertise: A proven ability to sell products and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Malayalam and English to effectively engage with store owners and internal teams.
- Convincing Sales Skills: The ability to persuade store owners to consistently order stock.
- Typing Proficiency: The skill to accurately and efficiently place orders into our order management system.
- Team Collaboration: The ability to coordinate with a backend team to improve sales and ensure stock availability.
Qualifications
- A graduate or undergraduate degree.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales.
