\About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven technical solutions specialist to drive business growth through effective sales and technical support. This dynamic role involves identifying new opportunities, developing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets by understanding customer needs and leveraging technical knowledge to propose relevant solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value and technical aspects of our products/services.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching target clients, managing the sales process, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Technical Support & Service:
    • Provide pre-sales technical support by answering technical inquiries, participating in sales meetings, and assisting customers with product selection and configuration.
    • Offer post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions for product-related problems.
    • Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of products/equipment at customer sites as required.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely resolution of technical issues and proactive communication.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests in CRM systems.
    • Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and application trends.
