Expert Integration Specialist for Sales Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as an integration specialist for sales systems, optimizing architecture and enhancing user experience. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow between platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing support through process automation and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems.
  • Optimize sales system architecture to enhance data flow and user experience.
  • Act as the primary administrator for sales tools and platforms.
  • Lead system integration projects, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or data discrepancies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
  • Experience with system integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, APIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
