Build and Grow Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to establish, nurture, and expand key client relationships. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely delivery and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning key accounts: farming + selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
  • Translating client goals to delivery plans; ensuring service level agreement adherence and quality
  • Managing contractual agreements, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintaining a candidate network aligned to client demand; improving time-to-hire
  • Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flagging risks and driving resolutions

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years in Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
  • Proven revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder management
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/exposure
  • Working knowledge of software development life cycle/agile and IT hiring cycles

Nice to Have:

  • Managed Service Provider experience, rate cards, compliance/service level governance
  • Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)
