Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts at Eastvantage. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing strategies to attract and retain top talent and contribute to our company's growth.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Operations and Sales teams to identify talent acquisition needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pools.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of recruiters across different locations.
  • Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Preparing regular reports and insights for leadership to track progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a global outsourcing organization.
  • Strong understanding of global hiring practices, including volume hiring and niche hiring.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media hiring strategies.
  • Excellent Client Management skills.
  • Experience training recruiters and tracking their performance.

Estimated Salary: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum.
