About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at Anzy Global. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a challenging role in talent acquisition and contribute to the growth of our organization.

This full-time position involves working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences, sourcing top talent from various channels, and conducting thorough interviews to ensure the best fit for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Source and contact passive candidates through various online channels, utilizing effective communication skills to build relationships.
  • Screen resumes and job applications carefully to identify the most suitable candidates for clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews with candidates, providing shortlists of qualified potential hires.
  • Keep clients updated on the hiring status and prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the process.
  • Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities, aligning with client requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of past applicants' information, adhering to data protection policies.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients effectively, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter or similar role, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition.
  • Able to manage the first hiring stages efficiently, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Familiarity with various interview formats, such as phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews.
  • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems, enabling efficient candidate management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, essential for client satisfaction.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, allowing for effective task completion under deadlines.
