Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Role: Specialist - Candidate Screening

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore

Shift Time: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm / 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm IST

Key Responsibilities:

Screening and Shortlisting:

  • Conduct thorough screenings of profiles, CVs, and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Understand client requirements and job specifications to effectively match candidates to roles.
  • Utilize data insights and market knowledge to refine and optimize screening strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for various roles across multiple industries.
  • Drive innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on shortlisted candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in candidate screening and recruitment.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Cooperate and partner with client stakeholders, such as Hiring Managers, Managers Operations, and HRBP's.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of screening processes and tools.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment programs and policies.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, valuing diverse perspectives.
  • Coordinate with global recruitment teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in candidate screening processes.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate screening and report findings to improve future processes.
  • Maintain open communication with team members to share insights, challenges, and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving overall recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role (BPO/RPO/MSP/Recruitment/Sourcing)
  • Experience of working in customer service/customer relationship or high-volume BPO environment
  • 1-2 years experience in the BPO sector is highly preferred
  • Stakeholder management on Operational management level
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into daily productivity

Knowledge:

  • BPO/customer services/in-bound/out-bound client services/KPO/RPO etc.
