Strategic Insurance Partnerships Head

This is a high-profile opportunity to lead ekincare's insurance partnerships across India, driving growth through strategic relationships and ensuring alignment between our solutions and the evolving needs of the insurance ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing these partnerships, focusing on strengthening relationships and driving new business opportunities. This includes building and nurturing relationships with CXOs, business heads, key decision makers, and influencers within insurance companies.

Key responsibilities include positioning ekincare as a preferred strategic partner in insurer health & wellness initiatives, driving revenue growth through insurer-led opportunities and joint GTM initiatives, collaborating with insurers to co-create differentiated health & wellness products for corporate clients, and negotiating and managing commercial terms with insurers.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in insurance partnerships, B2B healthcare, or corporate wellness, preferably with exposure to healthtech or SaaS, strong existing relationships with insurance companies in India, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-12 years in insurance partnerships, B2B healthcare, or corporate wellness, preferably with exposure to healthtech or SaaS.
  • Network: Strong existing relationships with insurance companies in India.
  • Business Acumen: Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
