
Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected professional to drive strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue growth across premium and luxury segments.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Acquisition: Identify and acquire new business opportunities within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, and premium gifting segments
- Partner Development: Build and nurture partnerships with top luxury brands, corporates, event agencies, hotels, and premium retail platforms
- B2B Sales Growth: Drive B2B sales for bespoke floral gifting, festive hampers, corporate gifting, and luxury collaborations
- Tie-Up Pitching: Pitch and close brand tie-ups, ad sales, and co-branded activations in alignment with our brand ethos
- Proposal Development: Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients with a focus on creativity and ROI
- Candidate Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, marketing heads, and procurement teams
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Experience: 4–7 years of experience in business development or ad sales within luxury magazines, premium brands, flower companies, or event/wedding industries
- Network: Strong network in the luxury space across fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, and corporate sectors
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Aesthetic Understanding: Aesthetically inclined with a good understanding of premium/luxury brand positioning
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
