Operations and Account Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Account Management Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating smooth onboarding of new partners, including orientation to clients model, tools, and processes.

The consultant will also be responsible for collecting documentation to facilitate set up of partner profiles on the Client platform, serving as the day-to-day liaison for assigned partners, ensuring timely communication and support, building trusted relationships that foster long-term collaboration and shared ownership, and coordinating across internal teams (mobilisation, placement, skilling, tech) to ensure partner needs are met.

This role involves maintaining and updating partner records in the CRM system, tracking partner performance, engagement metrics, and flagging risks or bottlenecks early, supporting in preparing trackers and reporting against key success metrics for internal and partner reviews, and liaising with internal teams (tech, mobilisation, skilling, placement) to resolve partner issues.

The consultant will work closely with the Head of Partnerships in delivering the full partnership lifecycle, escalating high-priority relationships, risks, or opportunities for strategic engagement, and providing input on strategies to enhance partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Detailed-oriented and organised, with an ability to manage processes and systems.
  • A clear communicator who enjoys supporting others and solving problems.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, data entry, and basic tech troubleshooting.
  • Passionate about social impact and enabling change through partnerships.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, operations, or account management.
  • Familiarity with basic CRM tools and platforms, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with NGOs, skilling organisations, or employment programmes is a plus.
