Insurance Relationship Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Relationship Strategist to manage and grow our strategic partnerships with insurance companies across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through strengthening relationships, ensuring alignment between our solutions and the evolving needs of the insurance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with CXOs, business heads, key decision makers, and influencers within insurance companies.
  • Position us as a preferred strategic partner in insurer health & wellness initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth through insurer-led opportunities and joint GTM initiatives.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial terms with insurers to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Track insurer business priorities, product launches, and evolving market strategies to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Represent us in CXO forums, joint steering committees, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in insurance partnerships, B2B healthcare, or corporate wellness, preferably with exposure to healthtech or SaaS.
  • Strong existing relationships with insurance companies in India.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
