As a seasoned Regional Category Manager, you will lead the building materials category in a defined region, responsible for revenue growth, full P&L ownership, and managing a team of 8–10 procurement and category managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and profitability of the building materials category across the assigned region.

• Develop and execute strategies for category expansion, margin improvement, and cost efficiency.

• Monitor market trends, customer demand, and pricing to optimize sourcing and sales strategies.

Financial Management:

• Take end-to-end ownership of the regional P&L for building materials.

• Manage key metrics including top-line revenue, gross margin, cost of goods sold, and working capital.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of 8–10 category and procurement managers across the region.

Vendor & Supply Chain Management:

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective material sourcing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate closely with project execution, logistics, finance, and technology teams to ensure smooth end-to-end material flow.
