About the RoleThis role is pivotal in delivering excellent education to every child. The Regional Growth Strategist plays a key part in ensuring the successful onboarding of new schools, fostering strong relationships with school leaders, and supporting implementation of solutions to maximize student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Expand LEAD's presence by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, aligning with LEAD's mission.
- Serve as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
- Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
- 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition, with 2-4 years in leadership roles.
- Pan-India Sales solution delivery experience and successful leadership of large volume sales engagements are required.
- Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to travel across the territory or zone.
