About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM projects on the Talent Management module. Your strong technical foundation, combined with exceptional problem-solving skills, will enable you to identify functional gaps and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Oracle Cloud HCM and Talent Management modules to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and Talent Management modules.
  • At least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects on the Talent Management module.
  • Strong proficiency in using ticketing tools like Remedy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
