BIG4 hiring for Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation

Experience - 4 to 10 years Location - Bangalore / Pune

Looking for 2 End to End implementation in Oracle fusion HCM module- A MUST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and others based on client needs.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
  • Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist business users in validation.
  • Support data migration activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom reports, integrations, and security configurations.
  • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
  • Stay updated with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and perform impact assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM as a functional consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2 or more HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, etc.
  • Good understanding of global HR processes and compliance.
  • Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Familiarity with Fast Formulas, approval workflows, and role-based security.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle (at least one full-cycle implementation).
  • Functional knowledge of Time and Labor or Benefits.
  • Understanding of integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll providers).
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Global HR, Payroll, or other modules).
