Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow.

The ideal candidate will have sound domain knowledge in Oracle HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle, with excellent configuration expertise on Core HR Configuration of Organizational Structures, Absence Configuration & Fast Formulas, Rules, OTL configuration, rules configuration, and OT calculation, fast formulas, Payroll elements configuration payments & deductions, Adhoc Payments, Payroll, Bank Accounts, Compensation elements configuration including allowance, bonus, etc., Oracle Journeys, Employee Self-service functionalities, Page personalization, Defining UX rules, Workflow, UI changes and custom alerts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow
  • Sound domain knowledge in Oracle HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle
  • Excellent configuration expertise on Core HR Configuration of Organizational Structures, Absence Configuration & Fast Formulas, Rules, OTL configuration, rules configuration, and OT calculation, fast formulas, Payroll elements configuration payments & deductions, Adhoc Payments, Payroll, Bank Accounts, Compensation elements configuration including allowance, bonus, etc., Oracle Journeys, Employee Self-service functionalities, Page personalization, Defining UX rules, Workflow, UI changes and custom alerts
  • 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences on Oracle HCM cloud
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management
