HCM Talent Management Specialist
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework.

This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and Talent Management modules, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-12 years of experience in this field and will have completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects on the Talent Management module.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
  • Implement production support projects with strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of SLAs, and proficiency in using ticketing tools like Remedy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-12 years of functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and Talent Management modules.
  • Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects on the Talent Management module.
  • Candidates should identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
  • Must have worked on production support projects, strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of SLAs, and proficiency in using ticketing tools like Remedy.
