Expert HCM Implementation Specialist

  • We are seeking an accomplished HCM implementation specialist to lead our team in delivering successful Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of HR business processes and workflows, as well as extensive experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their HR and payroll requirements and develop comprehensive functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  2. Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client needs (Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, and other modules).
  3. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards through meticulous testing and validation.
  4. Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
  5. Perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI.
  6. Manage data migrations and validations during implementations or upgrades.
  7. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.
  8. Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents as per Service Level Agreement.
  9. Deliver user training and documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements.
  10. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.
