HCM Implementation Specialist

This is a challenging role that involves the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and other related modules.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full project life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Configure and maintain timecard layouts, time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
- Develop and enhance fast formulas for time, payroll, and validations.
- Manage security setup and areas of responsibility.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and other related modules.
