Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Workday expert to lead our HCM implementation projects. As a Workday Mid-Enterprise HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and providing expert guidance on Workday HCM.

You will lead the configuration of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation. Your expertise in data migration from legacy systems to Workday is also essential to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

In addition, you will develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Workday configurations. You will conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Workday functionalities and best practices.

Furthermore, you will provide ongoing support and optimization services post-implementation. Your ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Finance, is crucial to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions.

Staying updated on Workday product releases and enhancements is also important to provide clients with the latest solutions.
