Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Workday HCM implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Configure Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Performance & Talent.
- Develop and maintain Business Processes, Security Groups, Calculated Fields, Reports, and Integrations.
- Conduct functional workshops, training sessions, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Manage data conversion, validation, and migration activities.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years of Workday HCM experience, with at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end Workday HCM implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Business Processes, Security, Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB/Integrations, and Workday Studio.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes and policies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Workday HCM Certification preferred.
