Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end implementation of Workday Time and Absence module.
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.
- Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management according to best practices and client needs.
- Develop test plans and support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, HCM, and Integration teams.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, decisions, and processes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Functional Consultant.
- At least 1 full-cycle implementation of Workday Time and Absence module.
- Strong understanding of time tracking, accruals, time off plans, absence policies, and compliance.
- Workday certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence (preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
