Job Title: Senior Workday Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled consultant to manage project activities for a Workday HCM project, requiring knowledge of HCM modules and integrations with multiple teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning through deployment.
  • Translate client business needs into specific Workday configurations (business processes, security, notifications) for various modules.
  • Analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Prepare test scenarios and cases, executing them across testing cycles.
  • Guide clients during testing and prototype development.
  • Oversee multiple projects using organizational and time management techniques.
  • Validate design and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create training materials, SOPs, and conduct workshops/trainings/knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features, advising clients on utilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Workday HCM implementation and support experience.
  • Functional knowledge of at least one Workday module (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Absence Management).
  • Configuration expertise for meeting client needs.
  • Strong HR domain and business process knowledge.
