Senior Workday SCM Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Workday SCM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of our Enterprise ERP System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement supply chain optimizations and new features.
  • Manage the change control process for requests migrating to Production tenants.
  • Provide support for application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access.
  • Monitor ServiceNow queues for urgent requests and ticket assignments.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Workday Workday SCM and Workday Finance, with operational or technical support experience.
  • Hold an undergraduate degree (preferably).
  • Have report build experience (preferably).

Essential Skills: Supply Chain Optimization, Feature Development, Change Control, Application Support, ServiceNow, Report Build.
