Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as US Compensation
  • Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
  • Configuring Fusion HCM modules according to business needs
  • Conducting fit-gap analysis, identifying business process improvements, and suggesting best practices
  • Collaborating with technical developers for integrations, reports, and customizations
  • Managing and mentoring a team of HCM consultants
  • Providing user training and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Strong knowledge in one or more Fusion HCM modules: US Compensation
  • Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, security, and workflows
  • Experience with OTBI/BIP reporting, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
