Senior Bioproduction Sales Specialist

Our BioProduction Group supports customers with integrated solutions across the entire bioprocessing workflow.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Bioproduction Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets for assigned territories in Hyderabad.
You will develop a deep understanding of key account needs and improve customer relationships to drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management.
Closure of major contracts will require collaboration with Global and Local Support Teams.
You will understand and bridge the relationship between pre-clinical and clinical phase process development in key biopharmaceutical accounts.
Position Thermo Fisher Scientific Bioproduction as a solution partner for all bioprocess needs in Upstream development and introduce downstream and analytics capabilities.
Ccoordinate with Divisional Business Units and customers to identify potential supply chain issues and resolve them effectively.
Accurate demand planning & forecasting requires comprehensive use of data analysis tools.
Drive regional promotional initiatives and sales strategies aligned with Divisional Marketing Strategy.
Provide ongoing feedback on regional market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
Facilitate the development and maintenance of high-level market intelligence on the BioProduction market, environment, and technology trends.
Bbuild and maintain outstanding partnerships across all levels and functions within key accounts.
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
Participate in individual and company training programs to increase sales and technical skills.
RequirementsWe are looking for candidates with 8-10 years of experience in sales within the bioproduction, life sciences industry.
Key account management experience is an added advantage.
A bachelor's degree in Science or Master's in Life Sciences is preferred.
Previous experience in the Bioprocess Industry is desirable.
Candidates must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle time efficiently.
Excellent communication skills are required for group presentations, customer sales presentations, and inter-company written and verbal communications.
