Account Director Position

This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience with HireRight. The Account Director is responsible for driving retention, optimization of products and services, and growth through coverage expansion and new products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage client relationships to ensure retention, revenue, and growth within assigned accounts portfolio.
  • Understand Service Level Agreements and pricing models.
  • Review and understand client contracts and addendums.
  • Identify and deliver efficiencies in current products and services, and project manage changes.
  • Act as point of escalation for all client queries.
  • Attend regular face-to-face client meetings to review service levels and identify program improvements and revenue opportunities.
  • Increase profitability and revenue of client base.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure high standards of client service are met.
  • Contribute to client meetings and ensure agreed actions are carried out and documented.
  • Communicate SLA changes to Service Delivery Teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients internationally.
  • Facilitate the On-boarding Process for new clients by working with stakeholders across the business.
  • Project manage specific projects identified by senior management or overall business strategy.
  • Support Senior Management with ad-hoc client relation projects, both strategic and operational.
  • Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of current products and services by producing meaningful management information.
  • Identify areas for improvement and project manage changes by working with stakeholders and rolling out to all clients.
Qualifications
  • Possesses a Bachelor Degree in Business with 8-12 years relevant account management experience.
  • Equipped with commercial awareness skills to understand market trends.
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Ability to demonstrate influencing skills to implement new ideas and upsell existing client base.
  • Ability to project manage and meet deadlines, prioritize, multitask, and manage own and others time effectively.
  • Good Computer Literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
