We are looking for a senior client relationship manager to lead our efforts in managing and growing a portfolio of accounts in India. To be successful, you must have a strong local presence that allows us to serve our customers to the highest level and identify new opportunities within client accounts.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Nurturing new opportunities: Work closely with key decision makers from client teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining client relationships: Develop and maintain close relationships with key client sponsors at senior management levels to discuss their key business challenges and engage on solutions in a timely manner.
  • Conducting regular reviews: Conduct regular reviews with client stakeholders as well as monthly and quarterly business reviews with key client and internal stakeholders.
  • Driving new proposals: Drive new proposals from opportunity qualification, scoping, service mapping, resource planning through contract execution and account setup.
  • Managing account plans: Create, manage and execute account plans covering account financials, executive mapping, growth campaigns and competitive landscape.
  • Promoting Grid Dynamics: Promote Grid Dynamics by creating public case studies for each account, having clients participate in industry and partner events, and using client references to generate new leads.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate profile: 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a Client Success Partner or Account Manager, managing a portfolio of multiple accounts amounting to at least $10m.
  • Skills and qualifications: Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships, experience running complex digital transformation programs for mid to large-scale clients, ability to upsell and cross-sell digital services, skilled in identifying buying factors, ability to lead with confidence, aptitude to learn new technology concepts quickly, and strong communication and leadership skills.
